Pastor Howard and First Lady Joyce Barr are both natives of Delray Beach.  Pastor Barr is a proud graduate of Atlantic High and holds a Bachelor's Degree Farington University in Human Resources.  He also has completed Family Counseling From Church of God Seminary. He has been an active duty soldier in the US ARMY for 19 years. First Lady Barr holds a Master's degree in Education and is a teacher in the Palm Beach County School System.. First Lady Barr also is a licensed Missionary. They both are the proud parents of three wonderful children. Pastor Barr believes in the total family! His vision is "to see our families grow through the power of God's word." His favorite scripture is Mark 9:23 His motto
